I can´t ping on VMware Server

Hi, i´m from Brazil.

I use a server with VMware ESi 5.0.0 in my work.

In this server we have 5 virtual operational sistems.

In this week I changed the class of IP in my getway server (PFsense). Old class = 192.168.1.0  New class = 10.3.0.1.

After change this IP of my LAN, we can´t access the VMware server.

I changed the statc IP on VMware server too.

How a can access VMware Server if i can´t ping there?

I used vSphere client to access the VMware server before I changed the IP.

Please, help-me... I can´t find anybody that understand how the network of vmware works.
