You can browse the data store where the current virtual machine is and copy it over to your local machine. You can than move copy it to the second virtual center from your pc.
Open up the client on the second vc server and browse the data store you want the vm to be on and upload it there.
Once you upload just attach the vm to the inventory and than you can power it on.
