We are currently building this course to be a robust option for people that cannot travel to take the Instructor Led Course. In this Sample of a Self-Paced Course it is only a small snippit of what the course will be once it is completed. The Lab is just one component of the course and I wonder if that may be part of the confusion. In the Module 1 Lecture there is a link with a short e-learning to explain the structure of the course. It is meant to be a course that has:
- Lectures
- Documentation (manuals, job aids, resources)
- Lessons (e-learning components)
- Labs would be completed after going through course materials
- and then an Assessment would be done to move to the next Module
All of these components would be in each of the 14 Modules that will make up the full course. Once you start the Lab you will be guided through the tasks needed for the Lab. For the Lab in Module 1 which starts on the #5 it lists the user name and password needed in order to complete the Lab.
In Module 1 we did not list a lesson for the sample course but if you look at Module 2 it mimics more how it will be laid out in all of the Modules in the future. Also you can navigate in the course by using the 'Table of Contents' button in the top right corner and it may be easier instead of arrowing thru each component.
