Pre-fill a call using the call template feature

Hi vSM Community,

I'm a new user of this product using the v9.1.0FR and i was wondering if it's possible to pre-fill some fields by apply a call template on a call.

Is It possible ?

Do I need to get the Workflow feature license in order to reach this option ?

I use for the moment an another solution :

                   1)  I created a call and I filled the fields wich i needed and saved !

                   2)  By this way, when a call need to be completed like this, I just have to copy/past my precedent call on it !
