I'm not going to provide the package as it is too old for me to make publicly available at this point and Object types have changed since this workflow was created, but I'll give you a screenshot of my Delete all Org VDCs workflow... This was part of a build/teardown package I created that would create one or more Orgs with multiple vDCs, Users imported from a CSV file, media, vApps, etc... The teardown required stepping down through each child and checking for further children and deleting them before the parent object could be deleted. The ONLY input for this particular workflow was vCloud:Organization.
