Operation Not Permitted

Hi guys,

Im running VMWare Fusion 4 and Windows XP on the virtual machine.

My MacBook Pro HDD failed and I have gone through various data recovery processes.

Fusion was running when the failure occured and includes some corrupted files.

I desperately need to retrieve some of the files off the Windows installation.

I have copied the .vmwarevirtualmachine file to another mac and installed VMWare fusion 4 but cannot seem to run the Virtual Machine.

I get the error message 'Operation Not Permitted' when I try to run the virtual machine.

Please, Please someone help.....

I was thinking it may be to do with the virtual machine thinking it should be on my old macbook but I cant access any of the config files or the knowledge to get around this.
