delete and recreate same vm

having a difference of opinions.   I built a windows2003 vm in our domain and then deleted it from disk.  I then recreated a vm with same name and configuration.

here is the question:  Will Windows AD recognize the new Vm in AD the same that is already listed  or will there be two with the same name in DNS ?
