I guess no one acts on this problem from this forum entry.
The latest update 9.0.2 although may have corrected a lot of issues did not improve this one. The Keyboard/mouse is not released from one vm to the next. The UBUNTU vm seems to have more often than the Win/XP vm.
The update to VMWARE Workstation 9.0.2 altered a bit the problem but the problem remains that two(2) vms one Win/XP and the other UBUNTU 12.04.1 or UBUNTU 12.10.x .The keyboard is stuck on one vm and the other waits patiently input actions until you Suspend or Shutdown the other vm.
Of course the latest VMWare Tools are installed. But one item that seems to remain common.
kdbsync.exe crashes when my WIN 7 64 host boots up.
