Hi,
I'm fairly knowledgable on VCops and have been using it for some time but im struggling with this 
I need to get some data on the amount of IOPS some VM's are generating, I can go to the operations/all metrics and then select disk/all instances, commands per second and then see a graph showing IOPS, however what I want to know is what is the average amount of IOPS for a given VM over a given period.
Anybody have any idea on how I can find that, would really appreciate it.
