Last of all you are not very professional. I actually could use other names but then I would be stooping to your level. In all my years as an IT person I have never received a response back like that. Once again very unporfessional. I have already tried numerous times to add an .iso to the virtual cd/dvd in the vm's settings.Dose not work even tried connecting the the guest "Windows.iso" that is provided. Will not boot, said no operating system. I appoligize for mixing up the file name. Just thankful that I dont chastise my customers when they do the same. I think I will ask the vendor for my money back and file a complaint to the higher up's on how rude the tech support is.
